• Students will study in their own rooms/hall. Combined study will not be permitted.

• Students will sleep in their own allotted rooms/beds only.

• Students of classes VI-VIII shall be forced to wake-up at 05.00 a.m. & be ready to study latest by 05.30 a.m.  after bath & will go to bed to sleep by 10.00 p.m. But the students of classes IX-XII can study maximum up to mid night  and not beyond.

• Students should also avoid using things / garments of others.

• Students are not allowed to borrow money from anyone. Balance amount must be deposited with warden which they can take  back, time to time when it is needed.

• Students are not permitted to keep more than Rs100/- with them at a time.

• Details of phone calls must be mentioned in the particular register by the students. Phone calls will be entertained  only on Sunday morning.  If any message is required to be conveyed to the students, they may contact on Mobile  Phone No. 9425235912.

• Washerman will be available in the evening in the hostel very often.

• Students will be escorted by the warden for marketing twice in a month.

• Students will lock their rooms before they leave.

• Students will not be permitted to leave the campus without permission.

• Students must  switch off the electrical fixtures whenever it is not required.

• Students are responsible for the cleanliness of their own rooms. To ensure cleanliness , they should keep their shoes outside the room at proper place.

• In case of any loss or damage of the hostel belongings, the cost  will be realised  through general fine.

• Students may contact the Principal / Warden for any problem without any hesitation.

• No Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner / Tea will be served before or after the scheduled time.

• No local calls will be entertained.

• All the initial things required for daily use can be had from the hostel warden.  Amount of such purchases will be

• realised at the end of the month.

• They will purchase 2 pairs of night suits, Blazer available from the School shop.

• There will be adequate arrangement for guidance in all the subjects during teaching hours in the school for the   classes XI & XII.  However  if, students want to have additional guidance, permission should be granted for the same.

• Students are advised not to keep Scooters/Motors for tuition purposes.  They should prefer to go by bi-cycles or autos.

1. No leave will be granted to the hostellers to go home for attending any function during school days.

2. Phone calls may be transmitted on Sundays only.

3. In case of emergency, guardians may contact the Warden / Principal on phone.

4. Parents may meet their wards  max. once in a month in the guest room only. Students can contact their parents

5. max. once in a month if they are unable to receive the calls from their parents.

6. Local guardians will be allowed to meet the respective ward only once in a month . But the hosteller will not be permitted  to visit the residence of the local guardians in any case.

7. There will be constant medical care of the hosteller in the hostel but in case of frequent / long illness the child shall  be sent back till getting cured.

8. Separate tuition will be arranged in the school campus only. In no case girls particularly will be permitted to attend  outside tuition.

9. If the student  does not show any improvement in studies till first mid term, he / she may be sent back. The fees deposited  in the school / Hostel will not be refunded except of caution money.

10. In birthday celebration no exchange of gifts shall be permitted.

11. Parents are advised to deposit the money either in the Bank or with the hostel warden.

12. Costly ornaments , camera, tape recorder, walkman, cell phones etc. must not be provided to the students.

13. Parents are requested to contact the Principal  during office hours after every Mid Term Test regarding the progress of  their wards.

14. In case of any misconduct of the student he or she will be expelled from the hostel & school both.

• Tuitions if any, may be set accordingly.
• Taperecorder can be played during Lunch / dinner / Play time.
• Doors shall be kept opened while studying in the room.
• On alternate Saturdays students will be taken to market between 4:00 pm and    6:30 pm.
• There will be long bell at 4:00 am, 5:00 am, 1:30 pm & 6:30 pm.
