Issue of TC

• A clear calendar month's notice in writing or a month's fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil withdraws.

• Those who leave school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.

• Transfer certificate is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled.

• Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds

                (i)      Disciplinary   
                (ii)     Unsatisfactory Progress in studies.  
                (iii)    Repeated detention in the class.
NOTE :     Annual charges will not be refunded in any case.

• If application of withdrawal is given after 15th June then the fees of whole session will be charged including annual     charge.

REFUND OF CAUTION MONEY

Caution money will be refunded after three months from the date of issue of transfer certificate to the student, only after the production of original receipt as under .

• Cash receipt of deposit of caution money

• No dues certificate from the office/library/Laboratories.

• No refund of caution money is made during summer vacation.

• Written request should be made for refund of caution money within one year after leaving the school otherwise the amount will be forfeited.

• Rs. 200 yearly will be deducted from the caution money for general damage/loss of the school belongings.

• If the student has studied for 5 years or more continuously then caution money will not be refunded.
